[Bug] Incorrect Fable 5 limit error when using Opus model

Bug Description
I've been using Opus 4.8 with ultracode on and my Fable limit was full but now I've been blocked with an error it says "You've reached your Fable 5 limit. Run /usage-credits to continue or switch models with /model." which I was not even using Fable. I switched model but still it won't let me contiune to my work. At the time of this report, my weekly model limit was at 73%. Can you please help?
