[Bug] Incorrect Usage Limit Message for Claude Opus Model

Bug Description
Incorrect UI message on Opus limit

• When model set to Sonnet, on start it shows: Claude Opus limit reached, now using Sonnet 4.5
• When model set to Opus, it shows: Approaching Opus usage limit · /model to use best available model
• /usage shows: Current week (Opus): 9% used

I have been using both Sonnet and Opus.
