[Bug] Incorrect model warning: Opus warnings referencing Fable limits

Question

**Bug Description**

I selected Opus as my model at the beginning of the chat, but I am seeing warnings that it is using up my weekly Fable limits.

I am not currently using Fable in this chat or in any other chat, so this appears to be incorrect. Could you please investigate? If you confirm that there is an issue, I would appreciate it if the Fable limits that were deducted incorrectly could be restored.
