[BUG] Incorrect Usage Limit Warning

What's Wrong?

The web shut me down, told me I had no usage left, yet when I look at the usage page, I clearly have plenty left.

What Should Happen?

I should not have been shut off on the web UI.

This error came from the web, although I primarily use claude code a the cli. The CLI kept working, whereas the web kept telling me I was out of usage availability.
