[BUG] Issue with @ File Referencing in Windows Native Binary

Environment

Windows Native Binary 1.0.68 in Powershell

Bug Description

When I use the @ symbol to reference files in the current working directory, it doesn't show any files. It only shows agent-general-purpose

Steps to Reproduce

Use the @ symbol in claude code to reference files

Expected Behavior

See files in current working directory and be able to select them for context

Actual Behavior

No files shown only agent-general-purpose is available for selection

Troubleshooting I've Done

Deleted .claude.json file in user directory
Reinstalled
