abrupt consumption of limits

What's Wrong?
Dear Anthropic Support Team,
I am requesting that this case be escalated immediately to a human support engineer or billing specialist. This issue cannot be resolved through automated responses because the behavior observed on my account is inconsistent with both my subscription status and normal Claude Pro usage.
My Claude Pro subscription is active. My Billing page clearly shows:
Claude Pro: Active
Last successful payment: June 14
Next renewal: July 14
Despite this, I have experienced repeated and abnormal quota consumption today.
Timeline of today's events:
• 06:38 AM: I started a new Claude Pro session.
The pending task was simply to finish generating a file.
The task completed in approximately 2 minutes.
Immediately afterwards, the usage meter indicated that approximately 70% of my entire session quota had already been consumed.
• Approximately 09:15 AM: During the same session, I sent another message in Claude Code.
Within about one minute, the remaining session quota was completely exhausted.
The session ended, leaving my work incomplete.
This level of quota consumption is completely disproportionate to the actual work performed. A two-minute file generation followed by a single additional message should not consume virtually an entire Claude Pro session.
What concerns me even more is that I previously received an automated response stating that my account was on the Free plan, even though my Billing page clearly shows an active Claude Pro subscription. This indicates there may be an entitlement or backend account synchronization issue that requires investigation rather than another automated explanation.
I respectfully request that this case be reviewed by a human with access to backend account logs.
Specifically, please investigate:
My Claude Pro subscription entitlement.
Backend quota calculations for the sessions beginning at approximately 06:38 AM and 09:15 AM.
The token accounting associated with those interactions.
Whether there is a subscription synchronization or entitlement issue causing abnormal quota consumption.
Whether the incorrectly consumed session quota can be restored.
Please do not close this case with a generic explanation about usage limits or by incorrectly identifying my account as being on the Free plan. The evidence available in my Billing page directly contradicts that conclusion.
This issue has significantly disrupted my work, and I would appreciate confirmation that this ticket has been assigned to a human support engineer for investigation.
I look forward to receiving a response based on an actual review of my account logs rather than an automated template.

What Should Happen?
I worked atlest 5 -6 times on long coding session on claude code in one session. This limit consumption on pro account in a minute should not happen
