ADD LIMITS TO CLAUDE TOKEN CONSUMPTION

There is a monitor feature to monitor the cost consumption but if there was built in functionality to set budgets to the number of tokens or alert mechanisms based on the number of tokens left in usage, that would help developers guide decision making better and keep a look out for cost.

I would like to implement this feature if I can.
