[BUG] Session Token Limits in under 15 minutes

Bug Description
TOKEN USAGE: I launched 4 Fable-5 agents to run and audit, each ran for around 2-4 minutes each, on a relativelly small codebase to audit current progress and a quality check, in around 15-20 minutes i hit my session token usage entirelly under a single prompt on a task that was not that heavy and completelly burnt all of my tokens in just 15 minutes
