[Feature Request] Allow modeling sandwich attacks in AMM testing scenarios

Bug Description
i'm writing a testing framework and evaluating it against a Constant Product AMM, and need to model a sandwich-attack. Fable isn't allowing this legitimate function. Being able to test your protocol for vulnerabilities is normal software development / risk process.
