Bug Description
Hi claude-code team.

I am trying to build a spatial model of disease prevalence, the modelling process is essentially not different from modelling population density distributions in a city. I have been trying to use Fable for the planning, but got blocked and switched back mid planning to Opus 4.8.

I suspect my topic was flagged because of the word "disease" and its synonyms that I have been used in the prompt. However, what I am doing is not at all a biology or life science query, at most it could be considered health economics in the general context, but I am not even focusing on that. So I think it is incorrectly flagged.

Thank you very much for the support.
