[Feature Request] Add `/clear` command for agents to reset their own context in multi-agent scenarios

Feature Description
Allow agents to invoke /clear to reset their own context. In agent team scenarios the main agent could instruct other agents of the team to reset their context allowing us to not having to shutdown and restarting agents once they are done with a task.
