[BUG] Model Selection in VSCode extension does not include "More Models"

the /model selection doesn't allow the selection of Sonnet 4.6, and since 5 burns through the limit in just an hour doing the same thing 4.6 would last entire session with ... I'm now forced to use the app/web version.

I also can't find a setting to pin the model manually to a specific version, like the env var for the CLI.
What Should Happen?
The Web and Desktop Apps have this option:
