[FEATURE] Model selection: EU-Models in Claude Code for VS Code

Currently the model selection only shows US models.

I'd like to select EU-models

Proposed Solution

Please add a configuration setting für EU models

Alternative Solutions

Currently I set the model using claudeCode.selectedModel in settings.json
