[FEATURE] Missing models in the shortcut dropdown selection in Windows application

Problem Statement

The selection of Models in the Windows app for Code is missing the Sonnet 1M model.
I also think that you need some kind of "burn" quota somewhere that gives a rough estimate of the cost difference running different models. Now it is a guess work based on previous observations.

Proposed Solution

Ensure that all available models are selections available in the drop down menu.
Have a relative "burn" rate, maybe next to each model listed.
