[FEATURE] Anthropic VS Code extension: include "Add file to Claude chat" and "Add selection to Claude chat" in right-click context menu

Problem Statement

The Claude text input placeholder text in VS Code (Claude Code for VS Code extension) says ctrl esc to focus or unfocus Claude add selection to chat and used to say ctrl esc to add selection to chat. Either way, CTRL + ESC triggers a Windows icon click and opens the Windows 11 search dialog.

Proposed Solution

Add these options to the right-click context menu:

• "Add file to Claude chat"
• "Add selection to Claude chat".

Note: Copilot has "Add File to Chat" / "Add Selection to Chat" so you'd need to specify Claude chat" in the context menu option.
