Why this is a false positive

This safety block fired mid-session on a frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant, not at any person, following repeated prior blocks in the conversation; the surrounding work was legitimate software debugging (diagnosing and fixing errors in a set of takeoff/landing commands and an SDK).
