[Bug][cyber] Safety filter blocked a legitimate request to audit and harden own website security (req_011CccNmQvSEeR2z4FsxBTyp)
Triage: kind cyber · domain general · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general
Why this is a false positive
The request was a routine request to audit a website the user owns/controls for security issues and remediate them — a standard defensive security task (vulnerability review plus fixes) rather than an attempt to attack or gain unauthorized access to any system. The message contained no exploit code, no targeting of third-party infrastructure, and no intent to cause harm; it only described first-party, in-scope defensive work. The keyword-level classifier appears to have triggered on generic security terminology ("audit," "safe") without distinguishing defensive, owner-authorized use from offensive/malicious use, blocking legitimate work and consuming usage on a request that should have been permitted.
