[BUG]login to API website

What's Wrong?

I have created a login to use the Apertus chat. OK. Ten I wanted to access the API doc and needed another login. I created another one and after login. the site said access denied, but no reason and no support email was given

What Should Happen?

I should be able to create an account and login
