[BUG] Claude using my personal account rather than my organization account (same email)

What's Wrong?
Duplicate / re-opening of https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/199 and https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/377
The suggested solution is to select "Switch account" and/or "Switch organization".
My account only has the "Switch Account" button. I tap it, log in using my email (same email for both), but it won't let me choose a new organization, and plops me back to a page reading "Claude Code would like to connect to your Anthropic organization Tony's Individual Organization".
I can't delete my personal (trial) account without support's help either, so I'm stuck.
What Should Happen?
I should be able to log in with my teams account.
I should be able to delete my free account

Have an a free and teams account with the same email. Try to log in to the teams account.
