[Bug] `/design` command not appearing in CLI despite eligible subscription and latest version

Bug Description
/design command not showing in Claude Code terminal — please check if it's a rollout/preview gating issue.

Environment:

• Version: 2.1.195 (ran claude update, confirmed latest)
• Login: Claude Max subscription account (not API key)
• Symptom: /design-sync is present in the command list, but /design is missing

Self-checks done: latest version, eligible subscription, correct login method — all satisfied, yet /design never appears. Suspect Claude Design research preview hasn't
rolled out to my account.

Request: Please confirm whether my account is included in the rollout, or help enable the /design command. Thanks.
