[Bug][aup] Cloud IAM role enumeration script for least-privilege audit wrongly blocked (req_011CcUFxyEb1abKxGNQwVCLa)

Open 💬 2 comments Opened Jun 27, 2026 by sworrl

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): cloud-iam

Why this is a false positive

The request asked Claude to draft a GitHub issue title for a bug report documenting an earlier false-positive safety block on legitimate cloud IAM work. The issue-title template used a conventional tag prefix containing the word "cyber" — standard categorization taxonomy for security-adjacent engineering tickets — which appears to have re-triggered the same keyword-based classifier that caused the original block. A safety classifier that fires on issue-title templates describing prior false positives creates a self-reinforcing barrier to reporting classifier errors through normal bug-tracking channels.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-06-27T18:44:25.214Z.
