[Bug][aup] Tenant IAM audit of admin roles, app registrations, and OAuth grants wrongly blocked (req_011CcPp2TNJXj9pXGiKP1WHA)

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): cloud-iam

Why this is a false positive

The blocked request was a routine administrative IAM audit performed by an authorized tenant administrator enumerating privileged role assignments, application registrations and their credentials, consented OAuth grants, and guest accounts within a directory the operator owns and manages. These are standard, read-only identity-governance and least-privilege review tasks — the same inventory any built-in admin console or security-posture tool surfaces — with no exploitation, credential theft, or third-party targeting involved. The classifier appears to be keying on security-adjacent vocabulary ("credentials," "illicit-consent check," "guest accounts") rather than the clearly defensive, in-scope intent, producing a false positive on legitimate first-party administration.
