[Feature Request] Implement automatic `/scrutinize` and `/ponytail-review` analysis on initial code generation

Bug Description
very good session claude might not found the problem in the first try but after use /ponytail-review and /scrutinize claude missed only for few minute then complete it with pricision after learning what's the cuase i tihnk cluade should implement /scrutinize from 9arm and /ponytail-review from ponytail it's pretty good
