[Feature Request] Implement Automatic MCP Session Reconnection Mechanism

Bug Description
Every MCP restart cause session lost. It is extremely anoying to use. It is a logical step to add automatic reconnect or at least MCP tool for it to reconnect. I feel tired interupting and typing /mcp over and over again for no reason. claude code is a great product, adding auto nmcp reconnect will make it much better
