Remote control (claude.ai/code) - messages sent from web/phone not reaching CLI session

Description

When using the remote-control feature (claude.ai/code), messages sent from the web UI or phone do not appear to reach the connected local CLI session. The CLI session shows no incoming messages despite sending from the web side.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a CLI session and enable remote control
2. Open the corresponding session on claude.ai/code from a phone or browser
3. Send a message from the web/phone UI
4. Observe that the CLI session does not receive or respond to the message

Expected behavior

Messages sent from the web/phone interface should be delivered to and processed by the connected CLI session.

Actual behavior

No response or indication that the message was received on the CLI side.
