Bug Description
at the moment I feel that the service of antropic is tombeling down. constant "API Error: Server is temporarily limiting requests (not your usage limit) · Rate
limited" and then the model nonsens where at the moment it is cheaper and better to start runing local that matches 4.8 or move to gpt whoam is better performant at the moment. very unceteling
