[BUG] Dispatch

Preflight Checklist

What's Wrong?

Claude Dispatch shows "desktop offline" on mobile. Desktop app is running, Keep Awake is on.

Tried:

• Restarted Claude Desktop
• Deleted bridge-state.json (didn't exist)
• Ran claude setup-token and re-authenticated

Still offline. Windows 11, Samsung Android.

What Should Happen?

Dispatch should show desktop as online and accept tasks from mobile.

1. Open Claude Desktop on Windows
2. Enable Dispatch with Keep Awake on
3. Open Claude mobile app on Android
4. Navigate to Dispatch
5. Desktop shows as offline
