[Feature Request] Add safety override or allowlist for inference-focused repositories

Bug Description
Any session in this repo gets flagged for safety and swtiched to Opus 4.8. There's no bio/cyber risk at all. There's no "unsafe LLM research" either, the repo deals exclusively with inference stack on existing published open models (from HF), and exsiting Tenstorrent Blackhole HW. Please re-consider.
