[Feature Request] Add safeguard override or allowlist for user-owned projects to prevent false-positive flagging

Bug Description
I keep getting flagged on this project and this is a safe project I own and care about. I can no longer improve this project without using the latest model as I have exhausted the capacity of Opus 4.8 on it annd Fable keeps flagging it which I find incredibly annoying as a) it belongs to me and b) it is a good project trying to solve problems in the cryptocurrency space and I need to be able to improve it.
