[Bug] Safeguard flagging legitimate SAN dashboard code review requests

Bug Description
i am doing a simple code review of my dashboard, like QA analysis and I got kick off becase safegaurd was flagged. why is this? this is a normal yet complex dashabord board for SAN data. not sure why this is being flagged.
