Bug Description

## Feedback ภาษาอังกฤษ --- Title: Approving a plan via remote session resets auto mode to "accept edits" mode Description: When using Claude CLI on macOS while remotely connected via mobile (e.g., through SSH or a remote terminal app), approving a plan in Plan Mode causes the session to unexpectedly switch from auto mode back to "accept edits on" mode. Steps to reproduce: 1. Start Claude CLI on macOS with auto mode enabled 2. Connect to the session remotely from a mobile device 3. Claude enters Plan Mode and prompts for approval 4. Approve the plan from the mobile remote session 5. Observe that the mode has switched from auto mode to "accept edits on" mode Expected behavior: After approving the plan, Claude CLI should remain in auto mode as originally configured. Actual behavior: After approval, the mode is reset to "accept edits on", requiring the user to manually switch back to auto mode. Environment: - Claude CLI on macOS - Approval performed via remote mobile session
