[Bug] TUI rendering issues with garbled text and missing output visibility

Bug Description
The new version of the cli keeps getting tui bugs where the latest output isn't always visible on the screen, and sometimes text or characters are garbled together. I have to resize the window in order to reset the terminal being drawn, and then everything is okay. It's very frequent. I'm using ZShell and Tmux in iTerm2. Note that I use vim mode.
