[BUG] tui shows garbled file name with the VSCode extension

What's Wrong?

When editing a file that contains brackets, e.g. [id].vue the tui shows [⧉ In [id).vue], note the ) instead of ]

What Should Happen?

When editing a file that contains brackets the tui should show the real filename [⧉ In [id].vue]

3. Launch claude code
