[BUG] Voice mode unable to access project memory, instructions, and attachments on Claude Web

What's Wrong?

When using Claude Web in voice mode on a team account with French language enabled, I cannot access three critical project features that are visible and functional in text mode: project memory, project instructions, and project attachments. All three are present and work correctly when I switch to text mode, but become completely inaccessible when I activate voice mode, even though I'm still in the same project. This severely limits the usability of voice mode for project-based work.

What Should Happen?

When using voice mode in a Claude Web project, I should have full access to all project resources including project memory, project instructions, and project attachments — exactly as I do in text mode. Voice mode should not restrict access to these features based on the input method. The project context should remain complete and functional regardless of whether I'm typing or speaking.

Error Messages/Logs

No error message is displayed. Instead, the system silently fails to provide access. When in voice mode, I cannot see or reference project memory, instructions, or attachments. I receive no notification or warning — the features simply aren't available. Additionally, when attempting to share file attachments during voice conversations, the attached files are not visible to Claude, even though they appear to be uploaded from the user's perspective.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Claude Web with a team account 2. Open or create a Claude Project with instructions, attachments, and memory configured 3. Switch language preference to French 4. Enable voice mode 5. Attempt to access or reference project memory, instructions, or attachments during a voice conversation 6. Observe that none of these project resources are accessible Note: The bug may be specific to team accounts with French voice mode enabled, as this combination has not been tested elsewhere.

Additional Information

Environment: Claude Web, Team Account, French voice mode enabled. Voice mode was recently added to French language, so this may be a new integration issue specific to the French voice implementation. The same project resources load correctly in text mode with the same team account and language settings. This appears to be a limitation of how voice mode interacts with project context, not an issue with the project setup itself. File attachments shared during voice conversations are also not visible to Claude, suggesting a broader issue with context transmission in voice mode sessions.
