[FEATURE] Add voice chat to Desktop </> Code Sessions

Problem Statement

Voice chat exists in the desktop app only for Chat and Cowork sessions. I want to be able to chat in a code session the same way.

Proposed Solution

Just make voice chat available in desktop code sessions just like it is for Chat and Cowork.
