[BUG] Unable to activate /Voice

What's Wrong?

I have Max subscription, when I try to use Voice dictation it's not working.
/Voice command also not listed

What Should Happen?

I should be able to use voice dictation prompt

1. hold space key with no existing prompts
2. type /voice
