Bug Description
'Claude Code's MISTAKES IN PROCESS OF PREVENTING MISTAKES:
We need to finish tash
@docs\progress\phase-5\task-5.8-universal-project-management-system.md unfortunately.
in the process it seems you have made multiple mistakes.
- We are targetting to move out of the .md files (with exception of claude.md file)
to the GraphQL but you were creating automated process again to read content from the
legacy .md files
- When I asked you to fix above you created another @PROJECT_CONTEXT.md file (if it
was done to prevent oversized claude.md then we're good)
- Seperate mistake I noticed is that you've created SQLLite database
(SQLite/PostgreSQL) in sub task (5.8.2.5). Where are we want to have GraphQL single
source of project context.
