[Bug] Unintended Context Persistence Across Separate Conversation Sessions

Bug Description
Claude is responding to prompt context from another related project. All I wanted it to do is provide me a summary of what a wordpress plugin does. But it included something I did not ask in this session(because you specifically asked about "how long it takes to add an item to the cart" and mentioned logging), but I was focused on that in a completely different session. There is some context sharing that isn't supposed to be happening.
