[BUG] Only show legacy models

What's Wrong?

On the Max plan
Terminal /model shows Opus 4.6 correctly
The desktop app dropdown only shows Sonnet 4.6 and Haiku 4.5 with a "Legacy Model" label

What Should Happen?

Should see opus as an option
