[BUG] Dispatch permanently offline - same as #45937

What's Wrong?

Same issue as #45937. Dispatch shows offline on mobile for over a week.

Already tried: full reinstall, bridge-state deletion, logout/login both devices.

Please reset server-side relay session for this account.

What Should Happen?

Dispatch main conversation should show as connected on mobile and accept messages normally.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Desktop - Dispatch enabled
2. Open Claude mobile app → Dispatch
3. Mobile shows "Can't reach your desktop"
4. Full reinstall and bridge-state deletion did not fix it
