Bug Description

Objet : Dispatch affiche "Desktop appears offline" depuis 10 jours
Bonjour,
Will run when it reconnects." depuis plusieurs jours, alors que :
- Depuis quand : 10 jours environ

Me too. My claude desktop app is active but Dispatch does not work and shows that it is offline.
Update — found a workaround
Hello!
After being stuck for about 10 days, I fixed it by completely clearing the current conversation thread in Dispatch. After that, the "offline" status disappeared and everything reconnected normally — no config changes, no Mac tweaks, no app reinstalls needed.
It looks like some relay-side session state gets stuck/corrupted as long as the old thread persists — consistent with the theory that this is a server-side issue rather than a local config problem. If anyone on the related issues (#62529, #49545, #54378, #45937, #68481) is hitting the same symptom, it's worth trying this before reinstalling anything.
