[Feature] Add time current Opus, Session & 5-hour session allocations will end to Claude Code UI

Simple request.

It would be very useful to know, in the current 5-hour session, when the current Opus, Sonnet & session allocations will end.

For example "Opus 80% (ETA 11:05); Sonnet 0%; Session 15:00" - clearly have to estimate the ETA from usage thus far.

Claude Code backend already knows this info so just let Claude Code UI display it.

This will allow people to throttle their work in a more informed way.

Could add this to the status bard or make an optional second row under the CLI input box.
