Add Current Date and Time to System prompt

You did this in Claude in February but Code is still missing an embedded Date/Time Stamp.

Please add it and clearly assign it as the current time or alternatively instruct it more cleaerly to actively use date system command to get the current date/time. Trying this via CLAUDE.md unfortunately often fails / gets ignored.
