[Bug] Claude Code fails to determine current date/time despite timezone context provided

Bug Description
The Claude Code is become so useless and unpredictable, that it can't even measure and understand what day is it today. That too while working on running session, despite me sharing the timezone and country of residence, it just simply says it "I just lazily assumed". It's bonkers and depite the efforts set to Max, this is pretty useless to the core now. What is even happening with it's capabilities and skills?
