What's Wrong?

Plan & Environment

  • Plan: Max 20x ($200/month)
  • Interface: Claude.ai web (not Claude Code)
  • Model: Claude Opus (latest)

What Should Happen?

After the June 1, 2026 announced fix for excessive limit consumption, the problem persists. My weekly usage limit is still depleting in approximately 2–2.5 days, leaving me completely unable to work for the remaining 4–4.5 days of the week.

Error Messages/Logs

| Period | Daily Usage | Days Until Weekly Limit Hit |
|---|---|---|
| Before Opus 4.8 | ~15–16% per day | ~6–7 days (full week) |
| After Opus 4.8 | ~40%+ per day | 2–2.5 days |

This is a **~3x increase** in token consumption for identical workflows. I did not change how I use Claude.

Steps to Reproduce

This week: Weekly "All models" limit hit 99% within 2.5 days. Screenshot attached (Pazar/Sunday 7:00 AM reset visible, confirming this is the weekly bucket).

This happened after the June 1 reset and announced fix. The reset gave me back my limit for one day — then the same abnormal burn rate returned and exhausted the weekly limit again in the same timeframe.
