What's Wrong?
Issue: Claude Desktop on Windows shows persistent gray screen with no UI elements
What Should Happen?
I should be able to access Claude desktop normally
Error Messages/Logs
No error message, just a grey screen.
Steps to Reproduce
Troubleshooting attempted: Cache reset, complete uninstall/reinstall, PC restart, Event Viewer check (no errors found)
Result: Unable to access app menu or built-in troubleshooting tools
