[BUG] Comments on plans do not scroll on code window - hides UI elements

What's Wrong?

When I add comments to a file in Claude Code within VS Code a list of all comments appears above the question prompt box. On my resolution I can add 10 comments before the "Provide Feedback" button disappears out of the view, there is no scroll bar and no way to resize or hide the "provided comments" window.

What Should Happen?

It should have a scroll bar, and a minimise icon at the top of the provided window.
