Show usage limits on main screen / persistent usage indicator in desktop app

Problem Statement

Currently, usage limits (session %, weekly %, usage credits) are only visible in Settings → Usage, which requires several clicks to check. With session limits being hit frequently on Pro, users need to check this repeatedly.

Proposed Solution

Add a persistent usage indicator on the main screen — e.g. a small percentage badge in the sidebar or title bar, optionally expandable to show session/weekly bars. A system tray tooltip on Windows would also work.

Environment: Claude Desktop (Cowork), Windows, Pro plan.
