[BUG] Dispatch Deskop Appears offline in desktop. Will not connect to mobile.

What's Wrong?

Dispatch Deskop Appears offline in desktop. Will not connect to mobile. Dispatch worked a few weeks ago. I've reinstalled fully on windows and mobile but still not working.

What Should Happen?

Desktop should not show "Desktop appears offline". Mobile should connect.
