  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Running Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (Build 26200.8328). Cowork shows 'Virtual Machine Platform not available' error. Get-NetNat returns HRESULT 0x80041010 Invalid class error. Tried: enabling Virtual Machine Platform + Windows Hypervisor Platform, DISM RestoreHealth, WMI repository reset, full uninstall/reinstall of Claude Desktop. CoworkVMService shows as Running but WMI NAT class is broken.

What Should Happen?

I should be able to access cowork but for some reason, despite having the subscription I can't. Please help me access cowork.
